Scanclimber hoist provides an efficient solution ensuring durability, reliability and safety. The hoists are long lasting, providing services for over 10 years. The installation costs are low since Scanclimber hoists can be adjusted anywhere without any major structural changes. Also, there is no need for separate machine control room as motor units installed on the car roof which gives more space within the hoist. In case of safety brakes failure, the backup brakes are also available ensuring safety.

Scanclimber hoists are highly adaptable because of modular design i.e. they can be easily integrated within available configuration to form a feasible solution. In case there is requirement of installation at structures not 100% vertically straight, Scanclimber hoists could be deployed at different angles.

The automation of NGK Ceramics in Poland
Takenaka Corp. Japan constructed a modern ceramics factory for NGK in Poland. An automated material handling system was implemented at the factory for higher productivity. Scanclimber played a part in this successful automation project.
