Inspections
Scanclimber provides inspection services for your machines. The inspections cover functionality testing and an inspection of the steel structures' and electric systems' conditions. We also check how the machines satisfy local legal requirements. After the inspection you will be provided with a complete condition report and a possible maintenance recommendation.
Installations
Our professional service team is able to assist you with your hoist or mast climbing platform installation, transfer and dismantling safely and quickly either supporting your staff or handling it by ourselves.
Troubleshooting and Repairs
In the case of malfunctioning products you may find professional help from Scanclimber. We may either provide you with remote support or we may visit the worksite in order to repair your malfunctioning machine.
Refurbishment and Modifications
Aged machines may be rebuilt in order to extend their service lives. Broken parts will be changed and other possible damages will be fixed according to the machines' inspections. Refurbishment may increase a machine's lifetime by even more than five years.
You may also wish to increase the lifting capacity of your mast climbing working platform. For example, we provide upgrades from SC4000 to SC5000. Upgrading may also increase the machine's lifetime.
